With the aim of bringing a splash of colour and positivity to the city through its selection of vibrant milkshakes, Shake Up!, the American Style milkshake bar launched in Hong Kong in October 2019. As a brand-new business, 5ives was appointed to develop its brand communication strategies – from creating marketing assets that include promotional photos, videos and brand storytelling, to implementing and managing media strategies. This new brand has been well received in the market and has since launched its second store in Mongkok merely a few months after its debuted in Hong Kong.
